Grave sin, and working in alcohol factories or company is Haraam and is evil. Allah says in the Noble Qur’an: Help you one another in virtue, righteousness and piety, but not help one another in sin and transgression. (5:2) Undoubtedly, selling alcohol constitutes cooperating in sin and transgression and working in alcohol companies also constitutes cooperating in sin and transgression. With regard to the ruling, the one who does this is a sinner and an evildoer.
